Treating your pet is only half the battle. We target the eggs and larvae hiding in your home, ending the infestation where it lives.

Flea control: break the itchy life cycle for good.
Fleas

What you're dealing with.

The problem.
The problem.

Fleas are a persistent, maddening cycle. Adults make up only 5% of the problem; the other 95% are eggs, larvae, and pupae invisibly nesting in your carpets, upholstery, and bedding. Over-the-counter sprays often miss this hidden reservoir, leading to reinfestation in weeks.

The Bittn solution.
The Bittn solution.

We break the cycle at every stage. Using targeted insect growth regulators and precise treatments, we eliminate the hidden population in your environment. This ensures that once your pet is treated, there’s no waiting army to restart the problem.

Inspection

Inspection + assessment

  • Identify the Source: We determine if the infestation stems from pets, wildlife (like rodents), or has been brought in from elsewhere.
  • Map the Habitat: We identify key zones - carpets, rugs, pet bedding, furniture, and cracks in flooring, where flea eggs and larvae thrive.

Outcome: A customised treatment plan focused on your home’s specific flea “hotspots.”

Questions?

Answers to common concerns about protecting your home from pests.

Because your home is now the primary habitat. Fleas lay eggs that fall off your pet into your environment. Those eggs hatch, develop, and jump back onto your pet - or you. We eliminate this environmental reservoir.

Absolutely. Safer science is our priority. The products we use are approved for use in domestic environments. We use Insect Growth Regulators that specifically target flea development and have very low toxicity to mammals. We’ll provide clear instructions on re-entry times.

Treatment kills adults and larvae quickly. However, pupae (the cocoon stage) are resistant and may hatch over 2-3 weeks after treatment. You may see a few emerging adults during this period, but they will be eliminated as they come into contact with the treated environment. This is normal and means the treatment is working.

Yes, for a short period. We’ll ask you, your family, and pets to vacate during application and for a few hours after (as per the specific product label) to allow the treatment to dry and settle properly. We’ll give you exact, straightforward instructions.

Key steps include a thorough vacuuming (especially where pets sleep), washing pet bedding in hot water, and tidying floors. This removes debris and stimulates flea pupae to hatch, making them vulnerable to our treatment. We’ll provide a complete checklist.
